Andrey Frolov. Graduated with honours degree from the Faculty of Foreign Affairs of Saint Petersburg State University and in 2003 from French-Russian Masters’ School of Political Science and International Relations.In 2003–2004 — researcher at the Center for Policy Studies in Russia (PIR-Center), executive editor ofYaderny Kontrol magazine (in Russian). In 2004 — project manager of Export control system transformation in Russia in 1999–2003 programme. A Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies (CAST) researcher since January 2011.
Maksim Shepovalenko. Graduated from the Oriental Languages faculty of the Military Red Banner Institute in 1985, and from the Law Faculty of the Russian State Humanitarian University in 1997. Served in the Soviet/Russian Armed Forces in 1980-1997. Captain 2nd Rank, retired. Specializes in pre-export bank financing of the Russian industry since 1998, and leasing of industrial equipment and special hardware since 2004.
Said Aminov is a 1994 cum-laude graduate of the Moscow Bauman National University of Technology specializing in aviation instruments and systems; in 1998, he graduated from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation specializing in banking. He has been working in the Russian banking system servicing corporate customers since 1994. As of 1999, he operates his own on-line project Air-Defense Herald (pvo.su), dealing with
Robert Lee received his bachelors’ degrees from Hamilton College and a Master of International Affairs degree from Columbia University. He spent four years as a United States Marine infantry officer serving as a platoon commander, company training advisor, and company commander, and he previously worked at the Council on Foreign Relations and J.P. Morgan. He is currently an Alfa Fellow in Moscow working as a visiting fellow at the Centre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies.
